1️⃣評估問題：首先將機器送到門店，了解客戶報告的問題，我們的維修人員會評估問題的嚴重程度和需要的維修工作。

2️⃣確定解決方案：維修人員檢查過後，會確定最佳的解決方案，並與客戶討論。

3️⃣提供報價：我們會提供一份報價，列出所需的維修工作和對應的費用。

4️⃣安排維修：一旦客戶同意維修報價，我們就會安排維修人員進行維修工作。

5️⃣執行維修丶測試及驗收：維修人員會執行所需的維修工作，並測試及驗收機器，以確保問題已經解決。

6️⃣提供保固：我們會提供1個月保固，以保證維修工作的品質和持久性。

🔻Here are the 6 steps of our repair service:

1️⃣Problem assessment: First, bring your machine to our store and tell us about the reported problem. Our repair staff will evaluate the severity of the problem and the necessary repairs.

2️⃣Determine the solution: After inspection, our repair staff will determine the best solution and discuss it with the customer.

3️⃣Quotation: We will provide a quotation that lists the necessary repairs and their corresponding costs.

4️⃣Agree and arrangements: Once the customer agrees to the repair quotation, we will arrange for our repair staff to perform the necessary repairs.

5️⃣Repair, testing, and acceptance: Our repair staff will perform the necessary repairs, test and accept the machine to ensure that the problem has been solved.

6️⃣Provide a warranty: We will provide a one-month warranty to guarantee the quality of our repair work.
